Manvi spent 14 years in the IT sector with L&T Infotech and Capgemini interspersed with overseas stints, before taking a hiatus to the Development sector. She led the Mumbai branch of an education-based NGO for 6 years and later associated with various for-profits and non-profits as an organizational growth and strategy consultant. She also dons the hats of leadership coach and personal counsellor from time to time. Manvi is an egalitarian and a humanist, she firmly believes more goodness in this world can make it a better place, and with this aim in mind has set up Blue Parijaat Foundation.
