Manvi Singh

Manvi, the daughter of Uma, is a software engineer by profession, but a social worker and philanthropist at heart. Manvi's tryst with the social sector began during her childhood when she would accompany her father to aadivasi villages around Ranchi where his organization undertook welfare work. She is an alumnus of the prestigious DAV Jawahar Vidya Mandir School of Ranchi, and a gold medalist of Nagpur University graduating with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Technology.

Manvi spent 14 years in the IT sector with L&T Infotech and Capgemini interspersed with overseas stints, before taking a hiatus to the development sector. She led the Mumbai branch of an education-based NGO for 6 years and later associated with various for-profits and non-profits as an organizational growth and strategy consultant. She also dons the hats of leadership coach and personal counsellor from time to time. Manvi is an egalitarian and a humanist, she firmly believes more goodness in this world can make it a better place, and with this aim in mind, she founded Blue Parijaat Foundation.
