Rupali Savarkar
Life changed drastically for Rupali when she got the opportunity to teach students at Lakhad Learning Adda. She gave up farming and applied herself to becoming a good teacher.
As a single mother of two daughters, Rupali finds empowerment in being able to support her family and also encourages other women in her community to be independent by mobilizing them into self-help groups. A keen learner and a committed team player, Rupali is a valued member of the Blue Parijaat Foundation family.
